Lake Bardwell, Waxahachie Creek Park, High View Park and Mott Park       US Army Corps of Engineers Recreation area's

  Located just west of Ennis Tx on hwy 34.  Lake Bardwell has two Camping parks open yearly and one open april 1 to september 30. GPS SAT MAP

  From hwy 287  head  south on hwy 34  2.6 miles.   High View Park Located on the left side of the road.  High View Park is open yearly.

 Waxahachie Creek Park  Located o.4 miles past the High View turn off, turn right on Bozek ln. 1.6  miles down Bozek  (its a farm rd.)  1.6 miles gets you to the gate house.                                                                  

 If your just passing through for the night, Waxahachie Creek  is your best bet. I recommend sites 1-14 in this park for easy pull throughs. Although site 1 has a fairly good forward down slope so avoid this site if you can.

 The third park, Mott park  opens April 1st. Check GPS SAT MAP   for directions.
